A 7” Japanese style nakiri bōchō (sharpened from both sides) of AEB-L stainless steel with an overall length of 12”. Bubinga and Gabon ebony scales , and black and white G10 liners and spacers with nickel silver pins.

Traditionally a vegetable knife but also a great all-purpose kitchen knife.
