A 7” Japanese style nakiri bōchō (sharpened from both sides) of AEB-L stainless steel with an overall length of 12”. The handle is spalted maple and cherry woods , red and brass G10 liners and spacers with brass pins.

Traditionally a vegetable knife but also a great all-purpose kitchen knife.
