A 6” Chef's Knife of AEB-L stainless steel with an overall length of 11-1/2". The handle is Gabon ebony and pink ivory, black G10 liners and brass pins.
This chef’s knife is in the French style with a full continuous curve from the heel to the tip.
These smaller chef’s knives are what are most reached for in our kitchen and one of my most popular designs. You don’t always need to pull out the big knives for day to day meal preparation - these 6” blades can do most of what needs to be done.
