A Chef's Knife of 52100 carbon steel with an 8" cutting edge and an overall length of 13-1/4". Handled with bog oak* and cherry woods with blue and white g10 liners and spacers and brass pins and a decorative mosaic pin.

*Bog oak is lumber that has been preserved in and reclaimed from the peat bogs of Scotland and is between 2,000 and 4,000 years old. It is not dyed (at least not by me but by the peat environment) but is the color as found.

This chef’s knife is in the German style with a long straight edge curving upwards slowly towards the tip.
